A trash hauling company is moving in to 20 Federal Place - ie. some garbage men.

Does anyone know how full 20 Federal Place is with this latest tenant?

Their website says they have about 46,000 sf available and the Mahoning County auditor website says the total sf is about 218,000 sf.  The math shows them about 79% occupied.  This is about average for the more "active" office buildings in downtown-City Centre One, Commerce and Ohio One.  Some buildings, like the Chase Bank and old PNC Bank buildings, are have less than 50% occupancy.  Not sure about occupancy of First National Bank and Huntington Bank buildings.
