Let me preface this by saying I grew up in Nebraska, so I am somewhat prejudiced in my views.
I think his move is a win-win for both Nebraska and YSU. While he had a good winning record in NE he was not a good fit in NE. He will need to remember that while YSU has some good football players they are in a different league than the Big 10 or the SEC. He may be able to attract some better players but given a choice a player will probably take Ohio State over YSU.

Aside from the controversy about his remarks and choice of language leaving out of his old
job, he has a record of winning games so I wish him every success with YSU.
