The Youngstown Fire Department had a 2nd alarm fire in the Legal Arts Building at 101 Market St, Friday afternoon. The call came in at approximately 4:30pm. The fire department dispatched Engines 7, 2, and 6, Squad 33, Ladder 22, and Battalions 1 and 2. Crews had heavy fire inside the 39 year old building which until recently was home to the Hub restaurant. A 2nd alarm was transmitted shortly after bringing Engines 3 and 9 and Ladder 24 from the upper south side. The amount of the damage is unknown.
