Millions of gallons of toxic frack waste water have already been dumped into the Mahoning River. 
Don't let this ever happen again.

How many decades has it been that Youngstown got it's drinking water from the Mahoning River?

And look at the major difference in the Mahoning in the last 40 years.......

When I was a kid you wouldn't even want to get wet from that water, today you can eat the fish from it (some of them anyway)

Mother nature will heal herself....eventually....
