In the Vindicator article this morning it stated the payoffs were 88 percent. To me this seems "tight". Most casinos pay out 90 to 92 percent. I'm still interested to see what type of business they do after the "newness" wears off. I do expect the horse racing to be popular in November but have serious questions on how much racing and how many fans will be there in the dead of winter come January-February.
