I noticed that the vast majority of the applicants don't even live in Youngstown and probably won't move into the city if they are hired for the job.

The mayor should select a city resident or someone who is willing to move into the city to live here like we do.

I'm with you on this. Either JAC run completely or hire someone part time and partner with other entities like JAC or visitors Bureau etc
