How safe is the food being served at local Asian restaurants? For a second time this year an asian food distributor has been delivering spoiled food to local Asian restaurants. This is the second company that has been caught this year.
The health department, dept. of agriculture or whatever regulatory agency has power over these
guys needs to SHUT THEM DOWN for 30 or 60 days, order them to either get or repair refrigeration
for their trucks, notify EVERY restaurant that does business with these guys of their failure to
properly hold and transport the seafood, and hit them with some stiff fines.
Every single restaurant serving this seafood could be open to lawsuit if someone gets sick from
this......
All restaurants should take the temperature of foods upon delivery. If the temperature is not safe, the food shipment should be refused and the incident should be reported to the Health Department immediately.
