The New TV, The Youngstown Channel is moving to 2311 South Avenue.  The grand opening is set for Saturday, September 16, at 12:00 noon.  The company is a community webcasting network.

A new South Avenue business, www.theyoungstownchannel.com (http://www.theyoungstownchannel.com), held its ribbon cutting this afternoon.  The company records many governemnt meetings and offers them for viewing on their website.
