Rumor is that the group collecting signatures to reduce wards has come up short due to procrastination. Will this group push it again or just let it go ??

If the group fails to collect enough valid signatures, this issue will be dead for about four years. The year 2015 is a city council election year. Candidates wishing to run in the May primary will have to file their nominating petitions by early February.
