According to a report in the Sunday newspaper, many parked cars on the west side of Youngstown had their windows shot by vandals with BB guns on night of Friday, May 7.
It is time for west side residents to form block watches in their neighborhoods. An active block watch often aids in the apprehension of these types of criminals.
