Title: Whatever happened to Cedars Building apartments?

Weren't they supposed to open in 2013?  :(

The only thing I noticed this year was that someone cleaned up the former Cedars patio.

Hm, that's a shame. I haven't heard anything from anyone about any news on it which isn't a good sign. Maybe the building has too much damage after all.

According to this article from the Vindy work was stopped last year to get historical registration for the building:
