Title: Council's New President Pro Tem

City Council's President Pro Tem really messed up the council meeting on Wednesday.  She didn't know what she was doing or what words to say.

We wish we had Councilman Mike Ray back in this position?

CYes, he is. Jt is the next person to step in when poc cannot do it's duty for  any reasons

Yep. The poc do not attend funerals and baptisms. ;D
