Two ipads were given to the West Side Library today. Heidi Daniel, Director of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, received the gifts at the monthly meeting of the Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Association. The ipads will be equipped with a variety of aps and can be used inside the library by checking them out with a library card. The West Side Library is the first in the system to offer ipads for its library patrons.
The Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Association raised money for this library gift by harvesting and selling maple syrup.
The two iPads have arrived. They may be used inside the West Side Library by presenting your library card for identification. A patron may use the iPad for up to two hours.
