Heidi Daniel, director of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Association.

Ms. Daniel is committed to keeping library service on the west side of Youngstown. A feasibility study is under way to assess needed repairs and updates to the current library building. The study will also investigate replacing the building with a new structure.
