Why are more Blacks moving to Boardman?

Is it just me thinking this or does it appear that the Black population is growing very fast and moving to Boardman?  Are these new Black residents moving to Boardman as Home Owners or Renters?   Can someone help me understand this?
;D

I'm sure everyone has reasons why they move to a new location.  Some might include a better school system, safer neighborhoods, travel time to a job, proximity to shopping areas, affordable housing, and economic opportunities.

As far as the owning or renting of homes, you would have to look up the addresses on the Mahoning County Auditor's website or in a city directory to see if a home was owner occupied.
