Title: Sad Day In The Valley
Post by: Towntalk on December 27, 2013, 03:50:16 PM
Tis a sad day in the valley  :'( :'( :'( :'(  only a couple of our members even took the time to wish us a Merry Christmas ... a sad reflection on our members.  :'( :'( :'( :'(
I guess that next year we might just as well not even bother to take any consideration of Christmas here at mahoningvalley.info.

AND

About a week ago, I posted links to two YouTube videos about homelessness in Youngstown.  Not one single person watched either of the videos.

I don't always log in before viewing posts here, but if you are speaking about th portable shelters I watched both, and I suspect that this was also the case with other members.
Given the fact that the site is not as busy as it use to be, I only log in if I have something to post or if in visiting my mail box learn that another member sent me a personal message, or if there is a new post that I want to respond to, but I visit it every day.
By the way, I sent the links you posted to a friend if mine back home whose group works with the homeless in the city they live in. Thanks for those posts.

Those were not the two videos about homelessness in Youngstown.

There was a time during the year when I used to post notices about city council meetings.   I soon learned that no one from the Forum attended any of these meetings either.  That is why I quit posting that information.
