Title: 1/4 Percent County Sales Tax Increased Proposed

Mahoning County Commissioners are considering placing a 1/4 percent sales tax increase on the May 2014 ballot.

If this proposed tax increase makes it to the ballot, would you vote for it?

I don't understand why the commissioners are holding hearings when we all know they will place the sales tax on the ballot for the May election.

I believe it is required by law.

I saw the video from last night's hearing.  Most of the people in the audience were county employees.
