The event, called The Story of Christmas, will feature the captivating telling of the true Christmas story through music, crafts, and activities. The program is geared toward children ages 3-7. Characters from the story will be present and interacting with the children. Lunch will be provided. [/font]
[font=]The program will take place at Canfield Christian Church, located at 123 S. Broad Street, Canfield, Ohio. Sessions are available on Saturday, December 7 & 14 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The cost is $5 per child and is free for adults. Reservations are required and availability is limited, so please call as soon as possible to reserve your spot. [/font]

Why are children having to pay $5.00 while adults get to eat free?
Since there are a limited amount of spaces available for the program the five dollar fee was being charged as incentive for people who make reservations to show up. The fee is not intended to cover the cost of the program or to raise funds, therefore, parents are not being charged. I hope this answers your question and thanks for asking.
