Does anyone have any idea about what's going in in front of the Belmont Avenue Giant Eagle? It looks like a shopping plaza is being built there. When I asked a worker at Giant Eagle, he said that no one there knows what's going on. Strange!
I know this much, I believe a Panera Bread is going up there and a Rotelli Pizzeria... I am not sure on those, just hearsay.
