All 200 employees will receive a 2.75% pay increase when their jobs leave the city.

And the city will loose $250,000.00 a year, but to be absolutely honest I do not blame the Cafaro's. For years not they hav been treated like dirt by people in Youngstown just as the DeBartelo family was treated.

What really chaps my hide is the fact that 95% of the critics of the DeBartelo's and Cafaro's have contributed absolutely nothing to the betterment of Youngstown and its institutions, yet they think of themselves as the almighty judges of others, yet many of their own families have benefitted from the generosity of the York and Cafaro families.
