The Mahoning County Board of Elections is in the process of consolidating precincts throughout Mahoning County. This task will involve many precincts within the City of Youngstown. The Board of Elections would like to have the consolidation finished in late 2014.
In Youngstown, we have a city council that is playing games with ward boundaries and probably won't have their act together by the end of 2014. As ward boundaries change, so does the precinct lines.
