Can anyone tell us where Chapel Place was (is)?
Yes, it was (is) a Youngstown street.

Doing a google search I found

The First Church of Christ Scientist converted a residence at the corner of East Wood and Chapel Place in 1904 to use for services.  There is no street called Chapel Place if you look on current maps of East Wood in Youngstown.

Fox Funeral Home website history says that it started in 1919 at 219 Chapel Place just north of downtown Youngstown.

I was not able to paste the website connections onto this posting.

Good work, Chapel Place was a street that ran between Wood Street and Rayen Avenue one block east of Wick Avenue.
