DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION
WRTA Job Opening – The Director of Transportation will be responsible for oversight and planning of
daily bus services, including scheduling and dispatching of all transit bus operations on a county wide
basis. The Director will also supervise the Customer Service Department. Minimum five (5) years
experience in management or supervision in the transportation field is required, and/or college level
management courses completed. Must be capable of operating advanced computerized
mapping/scheduling software and GPS tracking systems. Must have a valid driver's license. Will be
required to pass a standard pre-employment physical and drug screen. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Salary Range 40K to 80K – commensurate with experience. Excellent paid benefit package and OPERS
