What happens to the seven years old child if he/she discusses their own adverse health effects?

the child will be the ward of the state thus thown into the fostercare system.

If the child grows up and says something BAD about fracking they will make them pay back the $750,000 with interest of 10 percent above prime rate of course  ::)  Cheeese didn't you see that  :laugh:   AND ..........

They could have rejected the money.

The tracking company did not gag the child, either the court or the
settlement agreement did that.

Rick is right - they had the option to not take the money, and chose
to do so.  Most big settlements have a non-disclosure clause in them.
