A Blues Festival is being planned for downtown Youngstown on Sunday, August 27. The event will be held at the B & O Banquet Hall.  More information will be posted soon.

The Mahoning River  Blues Festival will be on August  27th.

The radio show "Tangled up in Blues" will be broadcaasting live from the event.

It is planned for outdoors, but bands will be moved inside if weather is a problem.
