Title: Wells Building Update
Post by: Towntalk on June 17, 2013, 09:36:21 AM
"If", "maybe" ... none of this is a done deal ... in fact there is absolutely nothing new in this article ... all talk hinging on "if's ... IF they can get State money ... IF they can get Federal money ... IF the authorities will make an exception on the designs. If, after if, after if.

Big talk but little else so there's no reason to get excited. It's like so many other grand schemes that went absolutely nowhere in Youngstown.

Not really that different from the rehab of the Realty Building, the Erie Terminal Building, and maybe (can't remember, off the top of my head) the Federal Building.
