Post by: jay on April 11, 2013, 04:35:47 PM
I saw several men touring the Wells Building today.  Anyone know who they were?

I believe that, even if Strollo abandons their project, the tax credit stays with the building.  So that would make the building more marketable to another developer.

The tax credit expires in a few months, Strollo will need to s#%$t or get off the pot.
