I saw several men touring the Wells Building today. Anyone know who they were?
the gentlemen could be reps from firms that deal with international trade looking for a bldg to turn into a trade ctr.
Maybe Strollo Architects are able to move forward with their plans to renovate the building, and move their offices there?

Thanks Towntalk.
I believe that, even if Strollo abandons their project, the tax credit stays with the building. So that would make the building more marketable to another developer.
The tax credit expires in a few months, Strollo will need to s#%$t or get off the pot.
