Title: Youngstown Area Community Concert Band Benefit Concert for SMARTS

YACCB is happy to announce our concert on Saturday, April 27, 8:00 pm at DeYor Performing Arts Center will raise money for SMARTS--Students Motivated by the Arts.
SMARTS is an Arts Education partnership between Youngstown State University, Youngstown City Schools and the many vital arts organizations in our area.
