Before the Youngstown City Council meeting this evening, the mayor gave an award to the Youngstown Business Incubator for securing the NAMII project. Within minutes after receiving the award, about eight people from the incubator contingent collected their hats and coats and immediately left the council chambers. I guess they didn't want to see our city government in action.
It was rude of them.
Possible answer. The Incubator folks met with reporters and camera crew from the TV stations. They obviously couldn't do it in council chambers.

maybe they were afraid that the mayor was going to take away their recognition plague because the mayor was in a foul mood due to an inconsiderate ytown citizen asking the mayor's administration and council about local control, a school potential move to the subs, and a downtown bus. assoc.
