In today's newspaper, there is a story about another city employee being reprimanded by Mayor Sammarone.
If his department heads are that bad, why didn't he replace them all when he took office?

sash and mckinney been screwing up since they were hired under jw administration. a wk without pay would be a big wake up call, not one day. mayor cs talks tough but he uses a wet noodle for punishment.
Heard someone that was there got slapped around by that wet noodle tonight. :laugh:
