If I was devious, I would have had an investor snap up Jim's tax lien and continue the foreclosure. It appears that many in downtown think that they can play around this problem forever. An occupier nor a community organizer's approach will not help the press out, an honest business plan must be placed into gear sooner rather than latter. This is all IMHO
Not the first time I have heard that type of devious plan discussed.
