Title: Saturday, December 1, Jackson School Park tree planting
Post by: Mary_Krupa on December 02, 2012, 06:39:38 PM
Treez Please had a very nice day, sunshine and mild weather for our tree planting . This was the last tree planting of the year.

We planted 2 jack pines, 3 dawn redwoods, 5 or so dogwoods, 3 serviceberries, 1 blackhaw and 1 sweet gum tree. The jack pines were VERY heavy. Of all the 250 plus trees that TP has planted since 2009, the 2 jack pines were the heaviest!

Thanks to Jean, Susie, Marilyn, Elida, Dennis, Terry, Derek, Ralph, Rev. Jeff and newbies George, Mary and her son, Matt! We celebrated afterwards at Crickets.
