BREAKING NEWS UPDATE

A new CNN/ORC International poll shows the presidential race is all tied up, going into Election Day on Tuesday. In the national survey of likely voters, Barack Obama has 49% and Mitt Romney also has 49%.
It is close in other areas as well. Obama's favorable rating: 52%. Romney's favorable rating: 51%. 51% say they agree with Obama on important issues. 50% say the same about Romney. 56% say that Obama has the personal qualities a president should have. 55% feel that way about Romney. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5% points.

With Obama and Romney in a vertual tie leading into tuesday's election, it will obviously not be a runaway for either candidate so the big question is will we see results similar to the Bush-Gore race, and controversy, especially in Ohio and Florida?

Starting at 7:00 PM Tuesday I will be following election returns on CNN and will check in with the Mahoning County Board of Elections starting at 9:00 PM.

The congressional races will indeed play an important part in whoever gets the White House. If the Democrats can retake the House and hold the Senate but Romney wins, you can bet that the Democrats will make things difficult for him ... "sweet revenge". If on the other hand Obama wins, but the Republicans maintain control of the House, and pick up seats in the Senate, you can bet that they will fight Obama at every turn.

Truth be told, the next four years do not bode well for America, no matter who wins the White House unless they can get a Congress who will watch their back.

the real leaders in this country are people who restlessly have dirt under their finger nails and sweat off their brow after a long day's work.

Why did Boehner wait till the last day to make this statement?
"And there's another thing the president has really gone after, and that's coal, oil, gas. We know what's going to happen here. His EPA and 20 other agencies are trying to find some way to regulate fracking in America," Boehner said.
"You know what that means, don't you? That means they're going to try to shut down gas and oil wells on private land. They've already done it on public land."

Fracking should be regulated in America....
We already know the gas and oil will be sold overseas.....it will not reduce our own energy needs....

Boehner and the GOP are wrong all over this issue....
