Did you actually read this?  (Of course not.  What was I thinking!) They were fined for BUILDING A ROAD!  Not drilling, not fracking, they merely put down some crushed stone to build a road base.  What you and all of us should be alarmed by is that the EPA now is fining people for just moving dirt and stone around.  This is ridiculous.


This is really digging deep to find fault Dennis.

Ah, Ricky, it's a violation.....and Chesapeake needs to comply with the Clean Water Act.....
Funny how you conservatives always preach that we are a land and people of laws, we need to follow the
Constitution, etc.....yet when big business or pro frackers violate a law...hey, no harm, no foul is your attitude....

Can't have it both ways, Ricky boy....
