Title: City's Funds For Recycling May Be Cut

I've heard that the funds for the city of Youngstown's recycling program may be drastically cut.  A hearing about the Solid Waste District's budget will be held next week but at

-> 9:00 a.m. <-

Most people in Youngstown won't be able to attend a meeting at this hour of the day.

To encourage public participation, the Charter Review Commission recommended holding all public meetings after 6:00 p.m.

Youngstown City Council refused to accept the recommendation.

a quote from several council reps that they waited for the 250,000.oo dollars study to come out then decide on how or when they conduct the cty bus in frt of the citizens.
