I've heard that a closed South Avenue restaurant is about open up again.

What type of food will it serve?
When will it open?

the former dragon palace will have a grand opening on oct 5th 2012. the rest is on the corner of so ave and hilton ave.

the owner wanted to bring the chinese dishes but the owner could not find any stray dogs or cats.
