Title: Why do several buildings along Market Street have Bellamy stenciled on them?

Anyone have any idea why several buildings in the Uptown area along Market St. have Bellamy stenciled on the plywood covering the windows? There is somewhere between 7 and 10 buildings.

    Not only on Market St., also on the eastside. probably a young person with stencil and paint marking their territory.

There is a Frank Bellamy running for office on the Green Party ticket. Could it be that these are his campaign ads?
