This past weekend a Youngstown Councilperson got into a heated discussion with a constituent. Before it was over, the Councilperson cussed out the resident.

i agree with tt. give us names, place and a short detail of the words exchanged between rep and cons.
in this day and age, if it's not on youtube it didn't realyl happen. ;)
mike ray 4th ward rep should be kissing the grd that he walks on this earth. if this conversation was taped and aired on youtube he would be resigning as i write this comment.
