Residential trash collection in Youngstown should not be taking place at 3:55 a.m. when people are trying to get a good nights sleep.

Trash collection has usually been after sunrise.  It wasn't today.

The store across the street has its dumpster emptied every night between 1:00 and 2:00 AM but I manage to sleep through it, now that's noise. Do I complain? Nah after 30 years I'd wonder what happened if I didn't hear the truck beeping and clattering.
