What about Youngstown?  Injection wells are already prohibited in a radius around the Ohio Works.

The puny Cities of Youngstown and Niles can not stop legal injection wells, this is jurisdiction of the State.  I love how the headlines mislead us to believe "Niles bans injection wells."
Dennis, on GoMarcellusshale.com, I was the first to cry out that the YTown injection wells need to be shut down because of the quakes.....intil they find the problem.  The problem thay found was that unlike the 30 year old injection wells in Ohio (170 of them), leave it to Youngstowners to cheat and drill into the Cambrian in lieu of the Mt. Simon formation which they were permitted to do, resulting in the Cambrian bedrock shifting.
