1. Are the summer employees that are hired by the City of Youngstown are there work record public knowledge?
It was brought to my attention that a certain Judges son is working for the Yo. Water Dept. and yet does not show up for work.
I am wondering if there time cards are public knowledge?? Anybody know
call the finnance dept they can help you. at the sametime find out if sammorone hired geo mckelvy son to work in the water dept for fortyfive thousand dollars a yr. williams hired mckelvy other to work in the water dept.
The water department is self funded and is awash with money. I don't believe council or anyone else watches over its operations.
