Title: Central Square Near Flag

This is the sidewalk on Central Square just in front of the flag pole.  Wick Avenue is in the background.  Notice that the grass has also been damaged.  As of Thursday, this spill was not cleaned up.

I believe the photo was taken yesterday (Thursday, August 9th) at around 11:30am....

Yes, the photo was taken on Thursday, August 9, 2012.
