7 minutes? It took that long?

Surprising because all their discussions and how they were going to vote was already lined up
and decided upon a long , long, time ago......

The Vindy reported this morning that not a single comment was made by council when the
amendments came up for discussion and vote....

wow...sounds like the kangaroo court scene from the movie "The Dark Knight Rises" I saw this past
weekend......

Sad.
