If Pittsburgh City Council can enact a citizens based-rights ban on fracking in 2010, Why can't the current Youngstown
City Council do the same?
Pitt Council voted 9-0 to protect the rights of citizens, their drinking water, and land.
Why not Youngstown?

The energy companies and the silent majority will not fight Pittsburgh because NG drilling is not in demand anymore, fracking produced so much of it, there is a surplus locally.
Mahoning county has wet gas and that is Hot right now.
