one should attend the finance committee meeting that is where the majority of the council business is settled and dicussed amg the cm and the adm. the council meeting is the formality.

The regular council meeting lasted about 10 minutes which included the Pledge of Allegiance and several minutes of non-business comments.

did that include consent and suspend within the ten minutes?
