Title: City Of Youngstown Loses Out On Millions Of Dollars
Post by: jay on March 27, 2012, 09:59:41 AM
Just for thought... not taking sides on this issue

Not too many years ago, the City of Youngstown gave Lake Milton to the State of Ohio.

Has anyone ever calculated how much revenue that land (1,600+ acres) would have generated today if leased for oil and gas exploration?

Questions
Which mayor gave away Lake Milton?
Who were the councilmen when Lake Milton was given away?

1988, Lake Milton became the 72nd State Park.
