New apartments have and will continue to open in the area. Business activity has picked up. Even a locally owned cab service has started.
What the what is this "NEW" taxi service, and why should it be seen as a big deal? Independent Taxi has been here for at least 50 years or more. It's a locally owned company.

some of the comments really bothered me...and some of them made great sense. Who and how should we go about attracting these business to invest downtown?

Never trouble yourself about stupid comments on The Vindicator web site ... most of the folks that post there are absolute jerks. My dear old Mother once said: "A fool is known by the company he keeps.", and obviously the morons obviously run around with other jerks.
