Title: WRTA Surveillance Camera Aids Animal Abuse Case

Cameras at Federal Station helped crack the recent case of animal abuse.  The abuse story made the news when two deceased puppies were found in the flower bed across from the station.

A few years ago WRTA bus cameras also helped identify the attackers in the Joe Kaluza case.

WKBN 27 News reported that the man is William Bednar a 55 year old homeless mental case with a history of animal abuse.

Because of his history  of animal abuse, he will be charged with felony animal abuse.
