I saw a report on the Today Show this morning. The report was the result of an investigation showing that high levels of carbon monoxide are present at many ice rinks. The CO is from the large ice grooming machine which uses a hydrocarbon fuel.
Is the ice maintenance vehicle at the Covelli Center propelled by a HC motor?
Has the city taken indoor CO air quality samples during and after the ice vehicle has been used?
This is the link to the Today Show report. Be sure to watch the video.
