When President William Jefferson Clinton aka "Slick Willie" visited Youngstown in 1996, at what downtown restaurant did he dine?

Oh, come now, with all the folks on this board that support our downtown eateries, someone should have the answer to this really easy question, its mentioned enough  without my having to give hints or clues.

the only still open downtown restaurant open in 1996 would be the MVR.

I doubt that Jay ever dined at this eatery or drank any of its liquid refreshment.

No, it wasn't the Youngstown Club.

Many Presidents who visited Youngstown over the years spoke to the people from the location that is the answer.
